If you become a client, we will also collect further information needed to provide our accounting and tax services, such as your financial records, HMRC references and identification documents required by anti-money-laundering regulations.

- Formspree — our contact form is delivered via Formspree, Inc. Submissions are processed by them and forwarded to our email.
- HMRC, Companies House and other regulators — where we are legally required to file or disclose information on your behalf as your accountant.
- Professional advisers and subcontractors — bound by confidentiality, where needed to deliver our services.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to 12 months. Client records are retained for at least 6 years after the end of our engagement, in line with HMRC and anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements.

- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request erasure of your data (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations)
